Fresh Country

Updated: Feb 2, 2018

Inspired by Olde Winter Park designs of Gamble Rogers but updated for a modern family with busy lifestyles, this modern interpretation of a French Country home is inviting and practical.

The final design was actually the third concept presented.

The first concept was flamboyant and a little too exiting.

The second design was much more practical but perhaps a bit boring.

The final design managed to combine the best elements of both, sort of like combining a sports car and a mini-van.

Designed by Kg3d Home Design and built by Groninger Custom Homes for repeat customers.

Distinct zones create separation for privacy, while maintaining an open feel and the flexible floor plan will accommodate changes as the household ages and evolves.
